The assessment process follows a systematic and
iterative workflow designed to evaluate and ensure the achievement of Course
Outcomes (CO). It begins with the design phase, where faculty
develop assessment tools explicitly aligned with the intended CO’s. These
assessments are then administered through appropriate
platforms such as SIAKADU and SIDIA, which streamline the distribution,
collection, and evaluation processes. Following the administration, student
submissions are evaluated using standardized rubrics to ensure
consistency and fairness. The feedback and reflection phase
allows students to understand their performance, while faculty review the
effectiveness of the assessment tools for future refinement. The final phase
involves analysing learning outcomes to measure the extent of
CO achievement and to inform curriculum improvements.
